Privacy Policy

1. What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number (optional), website URL, your main goal and your message. If you email me directly, I receive your email and anything in it.

Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Meta Pixel. This site uses the Meta Pixel, an advertising tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It lets me measure whether my ads on Meta bring people to the site and lets me show ads to people who have visited. When a page loads, your browser sends Meta information such as the page address, your IP address, browser and device details, and Meta's cookies (for example _fbp), which can link the visit to a Meta account if you are logged in. I also send a few events: a page view, a “Lead” when the thank-you page loads after the contact form is sent successfully, a “Contact” when you click my email link, and a “ToolUse” with the tool's name when you use one of the free tools. I don't send Meta what you type into the contact form or the tools.

Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can limit it through your Meta ad preferences, by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, or with a content blocker. The site works normally if you do.

2. How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call if you want one.
• To provide the Google Ads, SEO or consulting work you ask for, if we work together.

I don't sell your information, add you to a mailing list or share it with anyone else for marketing.

3. Where it goes

Contact form messages are sent to my business inbox by email. They stay there for as long as I need them to deal with your enquiry or our work together. Ad account or Search Console access you grant me is used only for the review or work you asked for, and you can remove it at any time.

4. Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the information I hold about you. Email hello@rehanjaved.com and I'll deal with it.

5. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the form is sent over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure, but I keep access to my inbox and client accounts limited to me.
