Services

Google Ads, Technical SEO and full-funnel tracking

Three services, one goal: more booked clients at a cost that makes sense. I can handle one of them, or all three as a single plan.

Google Ads management

For businesses that already spend on Google Ads, or want to start, and need lower cost per lead.

Proof: $544K conversion value from $80.5K spend (~6.8x ROAS), with 2.49K conversions at $32.27 each.

  • Search and Performance Max account builds or restructures
  • Keyword intent mapping, plus negative keyword lists that keep growing
  • Conversion tracking, including offline/CRM conversion imports
  • Weekly optimisation and monthly ROAS reporting

Technical SEO

For sites that lost rankings or indexing, or never had them, especially after a redesign or a move to Next.js or headless.

Proof: One client grew to 21.9K clicks and 2.76M impressions over 16 months, and another's impressions grew about 4x.

  • Crawl, indexing and redirect audits (including migrations)
  • Core Web Vitals and JavaScript rendering
  • Schema, internal linking and site structure
  • Hands-on implementation on WordPress and Next.js, not just a PDF report

B2C performance marketing and tracking

For high-ticket B2C brands that need demand creation and a follow-up system.

  • Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) with retargeting
  • GA4, Google Tag Manager and server-side tracking (CAPI)
  • GoHighLevel pipelines and automated lead follow-up

Process

How every engagement runs

  1. 01

    Audit

Ad account, analytics and site. I find where money or traffic is being lost.

  2. 02

    Tracking

Every lead and sale is attributed before we scale spend.

  3. 03

    Launch or restructure

Campaigns and technical fixes, in order of impact.

  4. 04

    Compound

SEO lowers blended cost per acquisition over time while ads keep the pipeline full.

Why paid and organic together

Google Ads gets you leads this month. Technical SEO and content get you leads you don't pay for per click next year. Running both lets you push the cheaper channel as it grows. See how this has played out in the case studies, or read why technical SEO is the best long-term investment.

Choosing

Which service do you need?

You need leads this month

Start with Google Ads management. Paid search is the fastest channel, as long as tracking is right. The Google Ads budget calculator gives a first estimate of what a budget buys.

Your pages disappeared from Google

Start with a technical SEO audit. Indexing problems after a redesign are usually fixable. You can check a single URL yourself first.

You get leads but can't tell which pay

Start with tracking and follow-up, then scale the channel that wins. The break-even ROAS calculator shows what each channel has to return.

How I decide where to start

Most people who contact me ask for one thing, usually "more leads" or "fix my SEO". The first job is working out which problem is actually costing them money. I look at three things before I recommend anything:

  1. Can you measure a lead?

If calls, forms and bookings aren't tracked properly, every other decision is a guess. That gets fixed first, whichever service you hired me for.

  2. Is Google seeing your site properly?

If important pages aren't indexed, or the site was rebuilt without redirects, ads end up carrying the whole business. That points to technical SEO.

  3. Is paid spend going to the right searches?

If the search terms report is full of people who will never buy, Google Ads management comes first.

Sometimes the honest answer is that you need one small fix, not an ongoing engagement. I'll say so.

What a combined engagement looks like

Plenty of my clients use more than one service. When they do, I run them as one plan rather than three separate jobs, because the work overlaps. The search terms report from Google Ads shows which phrases convert, and those phrases tell me which pages are worth building or improving for organic search. The tracking set up for ads is the same tracking that shows whether SEO traffic turns into enquiries.

The first 30 days

Audit and foundations. I review the ad account, analytics, Search Console and the site, then fix tracking so we can trust the numbers. You get a written list of findings in order of cost to you, not in order of how interesting they are.

Days 31 to 60

The highest-impact changes. That might be restructuring campaigns, adding negatives, fixing redirects or indexing problems, or rebuilding the pages that ads send traffic to. I change one thing at a time where I can, so we know what made a difference.

Days 61 to 90

Steady work. Weekly optimisation on the ads side, content and internal linking on the SEO side, and a clear view of cost per lead by channel. By this point you should know which channel deserves more budget. I won't promise what the numbers will be, because that depends on your market, your offer and how fast your team follows up.

Who these services suit, and who they don't

My work fits service businesses where one customer is worth hundreds or thousands of dollars: law firms, med spas, limo and chauffeur companies, and B2B or B2C companies that sell considered purchases. In those businesses, a better lead is worth more than more leads, and careful tracking pays for itself.

I'm not the right fit if you need a large team producing creative every week, if you sell low-priced products in high volume through Shopping feeds, or if you want someone to guarantee rankings. Nobody can honestly guarantee a position in Google.

Proof from accounts I've worked on

  • Google Ads: $544K in conversion value from $80.5K of spend across client accounts over Oct 2025 – Oct 2026, with conversions up +1.04K on the previous period.
  • Law firm Google Ads: 496 conversions at $128.57 each, a 10.26% conversion rate across 12 Search campaigns. See how that account is built.
  • SEO: one client account reached 21.9K clicks and 2.76M impressions in Search Console over 16 months.

The full figures, with dates and context, are on the results page.

How reporting works

Every month you get a short report in plain language: what we spent, how many leads came in, what each one cost, and what I'm changing next. If you run ads and SEO, both sit in the same report so you can compare channels side by side. I'd rather send you five lines that matter than twenty pages of charts.

How I price the work

I quote after the free review, once I know the scope: how much you spend on ads, how many markets and services you cover, and how much technical work the site needs. You see the scope in writing before anything starts. I don't publish a rate card because a single-city account and a twelve-campaign, multi-state account are different jobs.

The tools I use across all three

Google Ads and its search terms report, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog or Sitebulb for crawls, PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse for speed, Meta Ads Manager, and GoHighLevel for lead follow-up. Nothing exotic. The value is in how often I look and what I do with what I find.

FAQ

Questions about working together

Can I hire you for just one service?

Yes. Most clients start with one, usually Google Ads or a technical SEO audit, and add the others only if the numbers justify it.

How do you price the work?

By scope: ad spend, number of markets and how much technical work the site needs. I quote after the free review, once I know what the account needs.

Which markets do you work in?

Mainly the USA, plus clients in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. I work remotely and report monthly.

Can you work alongside my in-house team or developer?

Yes. I often work with an in-house marketer or a developer. I do the analysis and the account work, and write clear tickets for anything that needs a developer, then check it was done right.

What do you need from me to get started?

Read-only access to Google Ads and Analytics, Search Console if you have it, your website URL, and 30 minutes to explain which services and customers matter most to you.

What happens if we stop working together?

Everything stays with you: ad accounts, tracking, pages and reports were in your name from the start. I hand over notes on what was set up and why.

Not sure which service you need?

Book a free review and I'll tell you honestly.
